Jason Stout - Founder

Shane Jones - President
Shane is a dedicated member of the Board of Directors for Recovery Renaissance, bringing over 22 years of personal recovery experience to his role. For the past 6 years, he has been actively involved in a 28 day inpatient rehabilitation program for men, offering support and guidance as they navigate their own recovery journeys. Residing in Johnson City with his wife and beloved cats. Shane is passionate about "forest-bathing," finding solace and connection through mindfulness activities in nature. His commitment to helping others and fostering a sense of community is evident in both his professional and personal life.
Dakota Mullins - Vice President
As a grateful person of recovery, I have found my calling. Therefore, I have dedicated my life to being the human that I needed during my time of struggle. Recovery made that possible for me. Recovery Renaissance would like to make that possible for you.

My personal experience with recovery fuels my desire to pay it forward, offering the same level of support to others and their loved ones that I received. I recognize that addiction not only impacts the individuals struggling but also deeply affects their families and loved ones. In my role, I focus on providing guidance and support to these families, understanding the crucial role they play in the recovery process.
